• All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

4.3 Refund Policy

Credits are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical errors that prevent service delivery
• Duplicate charges
• Service failures attributable to us

• Create misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you generate using our Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

• You should verify factual accuracy and compliance with applicable laws

We specifically disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding SEO performance or search engine rankings

You acknowledge that AI-generated content requires human review and that we are not responsible for how you use or publish such content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLYIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
